How much of what you do as an agent makes you money? How much of it can only be done by you? Stop chasing signatures instead of sales! Leverage your time to grow your business while we manage the entire process from contract acceptance through closing (other than items of negotiation). We work with individual agents and teams, on residential, land and commercial deals. One of the things that sets us apart from other TCs is that we personalize our process to each agent's preferences, so that we are truly an extension of you, as part of your personal team.
We bring extensive real estate knowledge and insights to your transactions, safeguarding the interests of all parties along the way. My team does a compliance review of all documents, deadlines and signatures at MEC, auditing the entire file every week during the transaction, and again at Closing. After Closing we provide a zip file for you that includes a PDF of all emails from the transaction for your personal records. We are experts in CTM eContracts and CTMOne, as well as DotLoop, SkySlope, intelliAgent, RealSmart Agent and KW Command - and happy to learn your brokerage's software if you use something different!
You receive an email summary each week with all of your active transactions, and the option for a weekly check-in call to discuss those transactions with me. I am always just a phone call or text away, and my availability is not limited to "business hours". You will always be in the loop on exactly where everything stands, and be consulted for your preferences. This is your business, and we are partnering with you in whatever ways feel supportive. We also make ourselves available directly to your buyers & sellers to assist with questions, e-signatures and scheduling.
What are your operating hours?
We are at our desks monitoring emails and calls Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri 8am - 3pm. However, I usually have my cell phone with me after hours and on weekends and am happy to help with anything needed. As you know, real estate is not a 9-5 job!
We take all Federal bank holidays off, but again, are usually available by phone/text if needed.
What is your scope of service?
We handle everything between MEC and Closing - introductions to all parties, document review and delivery, monitoring deadlines, compliance uploads, scheduling, etc. We do not handle anything that is considered an item of negotiation. We do extras like send testimonial requests to your clients and sending a zip file of all emails sent during the transaction.
What are your fees?
$500 per transaction, $350 for new builds, $900 for double-ended transactions. No termination fees. No add-on fees. We also have a loyalty program that earns you discounts on our fees as well as invitations to exclusive VIP events.
How experienced are you?
I started Key TC Services in March 2017 and my business doubled itself every year for the first 4 years. We continue to grow at a consistent pace, while protecting the high quality of service that Key TC Services has come to be known for. I personally close 250-300 transactions per year, bringing all those experiences to your transactions! I also belong to DMAR, take classes throughout the year, and am well networked within the real estate industry.
What sets you apart from other TCs?
Aside from things already mentioned above (such as personalizing your process, higher level of service, flexible hours of availability), I bring my passion for community to my business. We have a private Facebook group (The Key TC Family) just for our clients where we share resources, encouragement and celebrations. I host an annual awards night for my agents as well as other fun events, and I come alongside my clients in support of their passion projects when time allows. As a fun side-note, I am a published author (and occasional speaker) on the topics of Fear and Trust, and also bring that with me to my clients, who regularly refer to me as their TC/therapist.
